Spring (April 1 to May 20)

Daily: $39
Weekly: $255 ($36.43 per night)
Monthly: $825 ($26.61 per night)+metered electric

Summer (May 21 to September 9)

Daily: $49
Weekly: $302 ($44.71 per night)
Monthly: $1,100 ($35.48 per night) +metered electric

Fall (September 10 to October 31)

Daily: $39
Weekly: $255 ($36.43 per night)
Monthly: $825 ($26.61 per night)+metered electric

Seasonal (April 1-October 31)

$3,350 + metered electric

Full hookups at each site with 20, 30 and 50 amp service

Check-in time: 3pm
Checkout time: 2pm

Group rates
Groups over 10 will receive $10 off their sites each night

Golf cart rates

*Rates are subject to change. Sorry, no tents allowed. All RVs must be 22’ or longer, 10 years or newer. All RVs older than 10 years must be approved by management. Must stay three nights on holiday weekends. Early check in/late checkout is $2.50 per hour.

Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival for refund. A $10.00 service fee will be charged for all cancellations. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days from scheduled arrival date for any reason. A rain check or refund due to inclement weather will not be issued, but is at the sole discretion of management.
