HIDDEN RIDGE RV COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS


Welcome to Hidden Ridge RV Community! We hope that you, your family and your guests have a wonderful time while you’re with us. To help ensure your enjoyment and safety, we ask that you, your family, your guests and invitees, follow the following rules.


GENERAL RULES:
  1. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and after. Checkout time is at 2:00 p.m. or before.
  2. For everyone’s enjoyment, quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  3. The speed limit throughout the community is 10 mph. We will strictly enforce this speed limit for the safety and enjoyment of all.
  4. All vehicles must park in designated spaces only. Parking on the grass or in unauthorized areas is not permitted.
  5. The testing, repair, other than minor repairs, or tuning of vehicles is not allowed in the community.
  6. Individuals without a current driver’s license may not operate any motorized vehicle in the community.
  7. FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY.
  8. FIREARMS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY.
  9. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the community but may only be consumed on occupied campsites. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pool area or in any other recreation area.
  10. Parents are responsible for the actions of and the safety of their children. Adult registrants are responsible for the actions of all of the occupants, guests and invitees of their unit/vehicle in the community.
  11. Skateboards may not be used in the community. Bicycles and rollerblades may be used during daylight hours only.
  12. Clotheslines are not allowed in the community. Laundry facilities are available for your convenience.
  13. All sewer hoses must have a watertight rubber collar. Please ensure that all of your hookups are in good working order.
  14. Please maintain your campsite in a clean and attractive manner. All trash, bottles and cans must be properly and regularly disposed of while you are a guest in the community.
  15. Campfires are only allowed in designated fire pits.
  16. All of the buildings in the community are smoke-free. Please properly dispose of cigarettes in designated receptacles.
  17. All campsites must be left in a clean condition.
  18. Cutting of trees is prohibited.
  19. All visitors must register with the office before entering into the community.
  20. Golf carts are allowed but must remain on paved roads. No off road travel is allowed.
  21. No tents or pop-ups.
  22. Only one RV unit per campsite.
  23. All RVs must be 25-feet in length, 10 years or newer and approved by management.
PETS:
  1. Pets must NOT be left unattended anywhere in the community.
  2. Pets must be on a leash that is six feet long or shorter when they are outside of the RV unit.
  3. Excessive barking and/or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If the individual responsible for the pet does not properly address and/or cure the problem, he/she will be asked to leave the community immediately.
  4. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per site.
  5. Aggressive breeds of dogs such as Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds and Rottweilers are not allowed in the community.
  6. A current rabies innoculation certificate must be presented for each pet on the site.
  7. Pet waste must be immediately and properly disposed of in a sealed plastic bag.
  8. Pets may not be allowed to run loose in the community.
  9. Pets are not allowed in pool area.
POOL:
  1. Pool hours vary with the season. Please check the notice by the pool for the hours of operation.
  2. A LIFEGUARD WILL NOT BE ON DUTY IN THE POOL AREA. SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AT ALL TIMES. Pool monitors may be present, but these individuals are not lifeguards.
  3. NO DIVING OR RUNNING AROUND THE POOL.
  4. Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pool. The community is family friendly and therefore, we ask that you consider this in your attire choices. Cut off shorts are not considered proper pool attire. Children who are not “potty trained” must wear swim diapers.
  5. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  6. All persons MUST use on-site showers immediately prior to entering the pool.
  7. Adult only (18 years and older) swimming is held daily, weather permitting, from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  8. Inflatable tubes and toys will only be allowed in the pool if they do not interfere with the enjoyment of other individuals using the pool.
  9. Glass objects, including but not limited to bottles, are not allowed in the pool area.
  10. No alcoholic beverages allowed in pool area.
*The management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the community and its guests or for failing to observe the rules of the community.
